I worked as wardrobe assistant lead across multiple Donda listening party shows for Kanye West, ranging from Atlanta, Chicago, and Miami. Helping dress a cast of up to 500 people per show — including a full choir for one of the events. The role covered wardrobe organization at scale, live dressing on show day, and accountability for every item after the show wrapped.
THE ROLE

HOW I HANDLED IT
Helped build and maintain an organization system that let a cast of 500 be dressed accurately and efficiently, extended to cover choir wardrobe for the relevant show
Supported clear tracking on valuable items from the start, so every high-value piece had a known owner and a known return point
Assisted in the post-show recovery process, helping collect valuable items from dancers before they left, to keep pieces from being resold
Helped keep the process moving without slowing down the cast or the show's schedule
THE CHALLENGE
Dressing 500 people for a single show is a logistics problem before it's a styling one — every piece has to be sorted, sized, and staged so that dressing can happen fast and without mix-ups, with a choir added into that mix on top of the usual cast for one of the shows.
The harder problem came after the show: valuable wardrobe items worn by dancers needed to make it back at the end of the night, rather than leaving with performers and ending up resold. That meant building real accountability into the process, not just handing pieces out and hoping they came back.
THE RESULTS
Wardrobe was successfully executed across multiple Donda shows at a cast size of up to 500 people, including full choir wardrobe for one event, with valuable items recovered and accounted for after each show.
